Results from the 2012 Burnt Gin AMA National East Series are now posted here.

Important note to all
Enduro entrants:

All entrants MUST check in and pick up your rider's pack prior to 8:15AM Sunday!

Any rider not checked in by 8:15 AM forfeits their entry, and NO REFUNDS will be issued.

The gas trailer will also be leaving the start area at 8:15 AM. If you have not picked up your rider pack before then or it will be thrown in the hat for the standby riders to draw from. All registration processes will close by 9:00, including standby entries. The people working registration have to leave in order to be able to complete their other duties such as working checks, OBs, road crossings, etc.

The latest info on the AMA National Enduro, including mileage info, gas info, and more is posted here.

2012 Enduro Transponder Info is posted here.

2012 Hare Scramble transponder will be the standard SETRA "lipstick" type unit (available for rent at the site).

"Standby" Entry Information:

  • Rider MUST come to the clubhouse during normal registration hours on race weekend, but NO LATER than 8:00 am Sunday, to fill out the entry form and pay the $65 post-entry fee.  STANDBY entries will end at 8:00 am! (The entry fee is non-refundable UNLESS a starting spot does not become available).

  • At 8:15 am, all unclaimed spots will be placed in a box and mixed up.

  • Standby entrants will then have their spot assigned immediately following the mandatory rider's meeting (which standby riders must attend).  Spots will be assigned by a random drawing from the box of unclaimed spots.

  • Standby entrants must be ready to ride at 8:15. (You will not have much time if an early spot is drawn to get the rider pack, program your transponder, install the number panel on your bike and put your gas jug on the gas truck).

  • There will be no refunds if someone gets a spot but does not make it to the starting line in time. That is the rider’s responsibility.

Row Information is now posted.

We will do the best we can to accommodate any requests, but per NEPG rules, it will be based on a first come, first served basis.  We are working with the NEPG to make the process as fair as possible to all riders entered, whether by mail or online entry.  Until that process is finalized, no row information will be announced.

However, we can announce that, unfortunately, not all riders will get their requested spot.  Of the 501 online entries received opening night, only 4 requested to be above Row 55. 501 riders at 5 per row = over 100 rows, and that does not  count the mailed entries.  Therefore, many riders will be placed much later than they requested.  Another example is that  we had 37 requests for Row 30 alone. Considering 30A is a Pro spot, that would mean 37 riders trying to get into only 4 spots.  Since we have a 5 rider per row limit, it simply is not possible to accommodate everyone's request.
